This is one for the text books. there is no way this charger was tested before it was boxed for selling.
when I have time I will do the test myself after I make the wires supposed to be soldered to the circuit board. notice I'm being wordy here for points because this just shouldn't happen. check out the pictures I uploaded to see what I found. I have those lithium iron phosphate, lifepo4, cells to make a large capacity 24 volt battery. when I went to charge the cells, because they need to be the same voltage and charge, the charger turned on and the display looked normal. But there was no current flow. So knowing how China likes to cut corners I decided to see if the wires were connected to the output banana plugs. The screws were loose on the case cover which made me worried. both wires are not even soldered to the circuit board. oops. I hope the worker is having a better day now that they caused stress in my day. I still don't know if it works. Hopefully it will.
